A Life Rooted in personal development. I started out as a personal trainer in 2001 and this was very rewarding but I wanted more. I began teaching mindfulness in 2007 to those who wanted to bring balance to their lives. Strengthening their body and mind along the way. I progressed into energy healing and coaching as a way to incorporate another layer of full balance to a person. If you are looking to re-balance your mind, body and soul, then I am here for you.
